Article 44 (Required Documents)

(Expatriates and foreigners who wish to be admitted to this Graduate School should submit the following documents in addition to those specified in Article 8:
(i) TOEFL Score (for non-English speaking students)
(ii) Recommendations from at least two professors of their current or graduating university.

Article 45 (Admission Appraisal)

Admission is appraised by the Graduate School Committee after receipt of required documents specified in Article 44 above, and the recommendation of the department head.
