POSTECH provides opportunities for students to participate in globally well-known science events to broaden their thoughts and contemplate their vision for the future.
Furthermore, the university provides an opportunity to visit universities in Europe and meetings with alumni who works in Europe, to grow into a future Nobel Prize winners.
Selection Period
September every year
It can be changed due to the academic schedule, Nobel Week program schedule, and student affairs plan.
How to Select
Undergraduate students who are attending at least six semesters or more make a team of 2-4 members and submit a group activity plan.
Student Affair evaluate whole groups’ activity plan and will select 30 students. Those students can receive the Nobel Week scholarship.
Operation Status
- Starting from 2023, 2 times until 2024
- Number of participating teams and participants: 20 teams, 60 participants
- 47 teams (132 students) applied in 2024 and 9 team (30 participants) were selected for the final selection.
