The graduate dormitory consists of four buildings with 300 units; each building contains 75 units.
Buildings 1 and 2 are designated for unmarried graduate students, Building 3 accommodates both unmarried and married graduate students, and Building 4 is exclusively for married graduate students. Each unit has a basic structure of one bedroom, a living room, a veranda, and a bathroom, with a size of 49.5 ㎡ (15 pyeong).
Building 1 has double rooms, and Buildings 2 to 4 have single rooms.
Eligibility
- Building 1 (2-person 1-room)
- Unmarried students enrolled in the university's graduate program.
- Building 2 (Single room)
- Priority for unmarried students enrolled in the university’s graduate program.
- Building 3 (Single room)
- Priority for unmarried/married graduate students currently enrolled in the university.
- Building 4
- Married students enrolled in the university or other university-approved individuals.
Married students must submit either a marriage certificate, family relationship certificate, or resident registration certificate.
Application
- Building 1 (Unmarried)
- Acceptance on a rolling basis when a vacant unit occurs, based on 2-person 1-room units.
- Building 2 (Unmarried)
- Recruitment on a semester basis, with applicants selected by lottery.
- Building 3 (Unmarried/Married)
- Recruitment on a semester basis, with applicants selected by lottery.
- Building 4 (Married)
- Acceptance based on the order of vacant units (minimum of 6 months of usage; exceptions for special circumstances).

Usage Period

* By applying Article 9 (Tenancy Period) of the Housing Regulations, the user fee will be 1.5 times higher for those who exceed the next maximum tenancy period. (A semester refers to the registered semester of the student; leave of absence is not included)
For Buildings 2 and 3, residents are allowed to stay for a maximum of 3 years (2 years initially with an option to extend for an additional 1 year) after occupancy.
Additional occupancy may be approved by the Residence Director.
Occupancy Regulations
- Residents cannot change their assigned room arbitrarily.
- University regulations and, for enrolled students, the Student Code of Conduct apply upon occupancy.
- Transferring or allowing external individuals to reside in the assigned room is strictly prohibited.
- Regular inspections, including hygiene and fire safety, are conducted. In the absence of residents, inspections may be carried out using the master key.
- Household waste must be disposed of using designated bags, and food waste must be deposited using the provided 'measurement equipment' with a T-money card.
