The Faculty Apartments consist of six buildings, from Building 4 to 9, with a total of 363 units. Eligibility for residency is granted to Tenure-track faculty of the university.

Move-in Application Procedure

Submit Intent to Move-in to the Department Office
New Faculty -
STEP 02
Check Availability of Housing Units
Department Office- The department office will inquire with the Housing Services office to confirm the availability of housing units.

Visit the Apartment and Select a Unit

Receive the Faculty Apartment Move-in Guide

Determine Initial Maintenance Fees
