제9회 과학 토크콘서트 "알쓸노화(알아두면 쓸모 있는 노벨화학상 이야기)" 개최 안내

지난 9월에 안내 드린 “포스텍 화학과와 함께 2026 노벨 화학상 수상자 맞히고 아이패드 받자!” 퀴즈 응모에 많은 분들이 응모해 주셨습니다. 이벤트에 참여해 주신 모든 분께 진심으로 감사의 말씀 드립니다.

여러분도 언론을 통해 아시다시피 스웨덴 왕립과학원 노벨위원회에서는 10월 7일 2026년 노벨 화학상 수상자로 ‘비선형 효과(Non-linear effect)’를 발견한 앙리 카강(Henri Kagan) 프랑스 파리-사클레대 명예교수, '비대칭 자기촉매 작용(소아이 반응)'을 구현한 소아이 겐소(Kenso Soai) 일본 도쿄이과대 명예교수 2인을 공동수상자로 선정, 발표하였습니다.

올해는 노벨 화학상 수상자를 모두 맞힌 응모자가 없어, 11월 4일 개최 예정인 제9회 과학콘서트 “알쓸노화” 온라인 공개강좌 행사에서 공개 추첨을 통해 아이패드, 애플워치, 에어팟 등의 다양한 경품을 드릴 예정입니다.

아울러 2026년 노벨 화학상의 의미를 알기 쉽고 재미있게 전달하기 위해 11월 4일 개최 예정인 과학 콘서트 “알쓸노화 (알아두면 쓸모있는 노벨 화학상 이야기)”에 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드립니다.

The 9th Science Talk Concert ("Stories of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry") Event Information

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in the Nobel Prize Quiz Event ("Guess the 2026 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry with POSTECH Department of Chemistry and Win an iPad!") held this past September. 

As reported in the media, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced on October 7 that the 2026 Nobel Prize in Chemistry has been jointly awarded to Professor Emeritus Henri Kagan (Universit？ Paris-Saclay, France) for his discovery of the 'non-linear effect', and Professor Emeritus Kenso Soai (Tokyo University of Science, Japan) for implementing 'asymmetric autocatalysis (Soai reaction)'.

Since no participant correctly guessed all laureates this year, the prize winners (iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, etc.) will be selected through a live public drawing during the 9th Science Talk Concert on Wednesday, November 4. 

In addition, we invite you to join us for the Science Talk Concert ("Stories of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry") to learn about the significance of the 2026 Nobel Prize in Chemistry in an easy and engaging way. We look forward to your interest and participation.
